By using the e-services, you agree to all terms and conditions related to the e-services. These terms and conditions are considered a binding legal agreement between you and the bank and apply to all banking operations you carry out through these services.
You shall be responsible for all consequences resulting from any errors that occur while conducting banking operations, financial transfers, payments, or payments through electronic channels. You will also be responsible for the value of the amounts you transfer or pay, in all cases that occur, even if they are by mistake. You must ensure that all information provided and entered is correct and that it was done by you, and the bank does not bear any responsibility for correcting or canceling transactions after they have been carried out.
You cannot cancel any banking transaction entered or executed via electronic channels. You must ensure that the details and amounts are correct before performing all operations.
Appropriate security, protection and encryption means are provided to protect banking operations via electronic channels. You must review and follow all security procedures. The bank does not bear any responsibility for any damage caused to you as a result of Internet risks, and you alone bear all risks resulting from using electronic channels.
The bank has the right to withhold any banking service from the customer, whether provided through electronic channels or otherwise, without prior notice in case of an emergency technical defect beyond the bank’s control. The customer has no right to object to this, and the bank does not bear any responsibility towards the customer in this case.
The customer acknowledges that the data extracted from the computer and other technical means, whether original or photographed, are considered legal, valid and binding means of proof for him, and he loses his right to object to it or question it before any judicial authority.
The customer agrees to consider the bank’s electronic records as authenticated, documented, conclusive evidence and binding on him, and he has no right to object to them or question them before any party. It also approves the bank’s accreditation of any licensed entity or body for the purpose of verifying authentication and electronic signature procedures.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account information and any other relevant information and is responsible for any unauthorized use of this information or misuse resulting therefrom. The customer acknowledges that he bears full responsibility for any losses or damage he incurs due to his use of electronic channels and services.
The customer bears full responsibility for protecting his card and PIN when using electronic channels and must take the necessary precautions when using it in public places. The customer releases the bank from any responsibility or damages resulting from its failure to comply with these duties or resulting from misuse of electronic channels.
If the customer's account is joint, any partner is considered responsible to the bank for any movement through electronic channels.
The customer acknowledges that the password for the electronic channels is what determines his identity and that any operations carried out using the password are considered issued by him, and the bank considers that any operations carried out using the password are valid and binding on the customer.
It is necessary for the customer to follow the security measures to protect his account and personal information. The customer must use a strong password and not disclose it to anyone else. The bank also recommends that the client update the password regularly and not use passwords that are easy to guess.
The Bank reserves the right to suspend or cancel banking services via electronic channels if any suspicious activity or violation of the rules of use is detected. This may require investigation, validation of information, and collaboration with the client to resolve any issue that may arise.
If the customer has any objection or complaint regarding withholding banking services or any other decision from the bank, he must communicate directly with the bank to discuss the issue and research the reasons and possible solutions.
The bank has the right at all times to amend the terms and conditions related to any of the electronic channels without prior notification to the customer of this procedure and without giving reasons. Suppose the customer uses any of these electronic channels after making any amendments or changes to their terms or conditions. In that case, he acknowledges his acceptance and agreement to all new terms and conditions.
